Karim El Hawary is the founder and CEO of Elhawary Brothers LLC. With an LLM in International Business, Trade & Tax Law from Alexandria University, Karim brings a unique blend of legal expertise and entrepreneurial vision to the intersection of law and technology.

His specialization in international business law, combined with deep experience in Egyptian regulatory frameworks, GCC commercial law, and U.S. federal compliance structures (FAR/DFARS, HIPAA), positions him uniquely to guide organizations through complex, multi-jurisdictional AI deployments.
